Overview:
SSP fabricates hoses for oxygen service. After assemblying the hoses following NAHAD Hose Assembly Guidelines to ISO 9001-2000 audited procedures, each hose assembly is pressured tested to 150% of their Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) and then specially cleaned and packaged for oxygen service to ensure compliance with the product cleanliness requirements as stated in CGA G-4.1 and ASTM G93 Level C.
Materials of Construction:
For maximum purity, Oxygen Service Hose Assemblies with 316ss fittings are made with either a Teflon inner core and 304ss overwrap (TFE), or 316 or 321ss convoluted inner core with 316 overwrap (FM).
Sizes & Pressures:
Oxygen Service Hose Assemblies are available in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1" diameter and are suitable for working pressures ranging from vacuum to 3,000 psi.
Standard Lengths:
Pre-packaged standard length hose assemblies are available from stock in 12", 18", 36", 48" and 60" lengths (FM) and up to 120" lengths for TFE assemblies. See tables below for exact sizes, lengths, and fitting configurations. Additional configurations can be made to your specific requirements.
